Bathroom grab bars are commonly installed in toilets & bathrooms to provide support for the elderly or those requiring the use of mobility devices in order to minimize the possibility of slips and falls.
As water tends to make surfaces wet, having grab bars securely mounted in various parts of the shower will allow users to have more stability as they would have support to hold onto while accessing different areas of the bathroom.

Lengths Available:
Grab bars come in various different lengths that would suit different bathrooms. As a standard, we typically install grab bars that are 60cm in length, but shorter ones are also available if there are restrictions on length for a specific area.

Location of Grab Bars:
Grab bars can be installed in most locations with tiles/concrete that can best prevent slips and falls. The height, location and position of the bars are all customizable to suit the needs of the user.
Some are placed near the shower area to provide a stable surface for users to hold onto while showering.
Commonly installed areas include:
- Shower area
- Near toilet bowl
- Near entrance of bathroom
There are also folding grab bars that are mounted beside the toilet bowl area to provide support for getting on and off the toilet bowl. These can be folded up when not in use to save space.
Properties & Specifications:
Our grab bars are all made of durable stainless steel interior for strength. The exterior of the grab bars is normally covered with anti-bacterial and anti-slip nylon, so that it would not be slippery even when wet.
Installed properly, grab bars can typically hold at least 100kg of weight, and so provides a very safe and secure support for users.
